Rock on Canada!

My husband and I recently went on one of our many trips back to Canada. Oh Canada! What an amazing country! Amazing province! (Manitoba is the best in my opinion!) Amazing town and community! Winkler! Woot woot!! We fall in love with it all over again every single time we come back, and this last time because we were there for almost 3 weeks, we went through MAJOR Canada withdrawal when we got home to California.

Canada, Manitoba, Winkler… The experience starts as soon as we land, whether it’s taking our breath away from it being frigidly cold or taking our breath away because of the beauty, vast expanse of open space and endless sky, just pure beauty! Within minutes of driving away from the Winnipeg airport I always breath a deep sign of relief, it’s so calm and the drivers are relaxed and you are just literally in another world……..Canadian world.

To quote Florida Georgia line “You know you came from it and someday you’ll return to it”. It’s how I feel about Canada and my husband feels the same way, he’s not from here, but Canada hooked, lined and sank him.

The support I have felt from the community since the day I opened, well actually even before we opened (even while we were still building) was enormous and so encouraging. There’s something to be said about a community that rally’s behind one of their own and Winkler definitely does that!

So thank you Winkler and surrounding area!

I’ve said it before and will say it again, I am so incredibly proud and feel so lucky to be from and work and have a business in this amazing community! Winkler, Manitoba, Canada!!!!
