Guest Timeline 

We encourage you to arrive to your appointment 20-30 minutes early and have a complimentary coffee or tea in our lounge.  Or maybe purchase a glass of wine or mixed beverage to enjoy in our licensed facility.  Also a lovely addition to any service is to book in a session to use our private steam room!  

Health Problems and Comfort Level 

Please notify our receptionist when booking appointments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments or disabilities. This will allow us to prepare our staff in advance so that we can provide the best spa therapy for you. During your treatments you are encouraged to let us know how you are feeling so we can adjust and accommodate your comfort levels. 

Cancellation Policy 

We require the courtesy of 24 hour notice in the event that a single service appointment needs to be cancelled; 48 hours for packages. A standard no-show fee of half the service amount will be charged in the event of a late cancellation.
*In the event of poor weather, illness or unforeseen events, the cancellation fee may be waved. 

Children Under 12 Policy 

Avalon Day Spa is committed to the relaxation experience, health, and beauty of all of our guests.  For the comfort of all our visitors, we politely ask that children under the age of 12 do not accompany you to your service.  Due to our quest to maintain the spa’s ambiance, the spa facilities are reserved for booked guests only.  Children ages 12 and up can experience and enjoy our regular priced treatments, while booked for a service with a consenting adult.  Child care is not available onsite at Avalon Spa.
